Ouch.
It still hurts a little.
The tax man came and he left with a bunch of money. Money I had hoped to use elsewhere.
I know I should’ve seen it coming.
I know I should’ve done my taxes back in January.
Oh well, easy come easy go.
If only it was so easy come.

Hi Mike,
I read something about taxes that always stuck with me, “Try to be grateful that you have to pay taxes because that means you have an income. Think of those who have no income.”
I must admit, I can’t always be grateful when I see all the waste in our government, but it does help a bit.
